Arc Raiders Shrouded Sky goes live: new enemies + hurricane conditions = “adapt or get cooked”

Shrouded Sky launches with the hurricane map condition, new ARC enemies (including a flying flamethrower nightmare), a revamped area on Dam Battlegrounds, and fresh progression/rewards.

What it means for gamers: expect a short “everything is chaos” phase where veterans get humbled, squads rewrite routes, and your friend who never uses cover suddenly becomes a philosopher about “positional play.”

The "flying flamethrower" enemy is designed to flush squads out of entrenched positions, fundamentally changing the tactical landscape of extraction runs.
