Kirby Air Riders patch 1.3.1: amiibo support + balance + online stability

A chunky update adds support for upcoming amiibo, tweaks riders/machines/abilities, and improves online stability with bug fixes.

What it means for gamers: online races get less “why did it desync?” and more “wow, I still lost, but at least it was honest.” Also: balance patches are basically a free excuse to blame the patch for your skill issues.

The patch also includes preparations for the next wave of collectible figures, hinting at new rider skins tied to physical hardware.
