Embark is retiring the PS4 version of THE FINALS when Season 10 begins on March 26, 2026; you’ll need a newer platform to keep playing, and your progress/purchases carry via Embark ID.

What it means for gamers: for PS4-only players, this is the classic live-service heartbreak: your cosmetics survive, but your console doesn’t. For everyone else, it’s usually a performance win—devs can stop designing around older constraints and push newer features without the game wheezing.
