Konami Fixes eFootball Login Block, Offers Apology Currency

Konami says an incorrect update file briefly went out on Xbox/Windows and blocked logins; it’s resolved, and affected players are told to restart/update again. They’re also handing out 30,000 GP as apology currency.

What it means for gamers: today’s lesson is “auto-update is a gambling mechanic.” Check for a second update before you rage-post.
