Xbox Game Pass (April wave 1) is live — and it’s trying to delete your free time

Xbox announced Wave 1 for April today. Final Fantasy IV is available immediately, and the rest of the month stacks up with big arrivals (including Hades II later in April, plus more).

What it means for gamers: subscription months like this change buying behavior overnight. You’ll see more people “waiting for Game Pass” instead of purchasing at launch — great for your wallet, dangerous for your backlog, and absolutely lethal for your promise that you’ll “finish one game before starting another.”
