Forza Horizon 6 reportedly passes one million Premium Edition players before full launch
Forza Horizon 6 is already looking like a major Xbox commercial win before the standard launch even arrives. Insider Gaming reports that evidence points to nearly 1.2 million players securing Premium Edition access, which would put estimated revenue from that edition alone above $140 million. Early Access began on May 15, while the global release lands on May 19 for Xbox Series X/S and PC. The numbers are especially impressive because this is before the full Game Pass wave and standard-edition audience join the party. The Japan setting appears to be doing exactly what Microsoft and Playground Games hoped: pulling in fans who have wanted neon cities, mountain roads, drift culture and JDM car fantasy for years. The game is also sitting at a very strong critical score, with multiple perfect reviews. The usual caveat applies: early adopters are the most committed players. Still, Forza Horizon 6 now looks like one of Xbox’s strongest 2026 launches.
