PlayStation Plus May lineup brings EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang and Nine Sols

Sony’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for May has been confirmed, and it is a strong mix of mass-market sports, Soulslike action and highly respected 2D combat. EA Sports FC 26 is the headline name because football remains one of the most broadly playable genres on PlayStation, especially for households and casual players who may not buy every annual sports release.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers adds something heavier, with a dark action-RPG setting in the final years of China’s Ming Dynasty, memory loss, mutation and a mysterious plague-like phenomenon called Feathering. Nine Sols then rounds out the lineup with hand-drawn 2D action, Sekiro-inspired deflection combat and a lore-rich world built around ancient rulers and revenge.

The three games become available to PlayStation Plus members from May 5, while April’s games remain claimable until May 4. For players, this is one of those PS Plus months where the value depends heavily on taste, but the range is good: football for mainstream play, Wuchang for challenge seekers and Nine Sols for precision-platforming fans.
